Lying Down Cow - Swiss
Limited edition resin
There has always been a special place in my heart for cows - and in particular cows having a nice lie-down in their field ruminating on all that grass they've been eating during the day. I love their boxy shapes, and how their big bodies seem to just dissolve into the ground beneath them. These palm-sized bovines are a chance for me to have a little of that joy in my hands forever!
There were a lot of breeds I could have chosen, but it made sense to start very close to home, with the Swiss Brown Cow, the standard breed I see on an almost daily basis here in Switzerland. I also made a variation with longer horns, thicker facial features, rounded nose and that infamous cow bell, based loosely on another Swiss breed, the striking black and slightly stockier breed found in the Valais.

Images above are examples of a typical RAW resin you will receive. Please note that I am a small hobbyist and don't have access to a vacuum degasser. Major air-bubbles and large seams will be removed but pinholes and other imperfections will remain. These will need to be prepped before painting.

I have a handful of cows already cast and prepped, ready for immediate shipping. If there are more orders than stock, I will have to cast your copy to order, which may take slightly longer.
